Basically I'm proposing to do a few things:
- Build some blogger.com templates
- Build an image manipulation tool
- Build an interface to customise a blogger template

i don't know much about that, but looks likes it needs lots of work.
I've left the schedule TBD so we'll see whats possible in the time frame. There are also a lot of tools available that could make some of what I'm proposing lighter than it would seem work. YUI has an interesting beta image cropper... check this out:
